On Monday my friends and I went to Cosy Club in Bournemouth, to celebrate my friend Libby’s 21st birthday.
I was so excited to check this place out as it had been highly recommended by some of my family and friends.
Today I made these berry bursting blueberry muffins which are incredibly easy to bake and are so tasty. They go really nicely with an afternoon brew as well!

On the weekend my friends and I headed to a burger joint in Bournemouth, called 7bone.
I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place, so I was super excited to check it out.
The place itself is situated in the town centre. The restaurant is fairly small, but it was nice as you could see the food being prepared whilst you wait. And it smelt incredible.
On the weekend my Mum and I took a trip to London, where we went to the Apollo Victoria Theatre to watch Wicked – which is a definite must see for all of you that enjoy musicals, it was a brilliant performance! After the show we were starving so we headed to a steak house in Northwood called Lomito Argentine.
I’m a sucker for anything super sweet and moreish and since I’ve had a lot of time on my hands recently, I decided to bake a batch of gooey chocolate and raspberry brownies. They are so easy to make and take less than an hour.

I came home from university for the weekend to spend some time with my Mum as it was Mothers day on Sunday. We decided to do something that we both love and we took a trip to Birmingham for some well needed retail therapy at the Bull Ring. After browsing in the stores and trying on numerous amounts of clothing we were both starving, and so we headed to Mission Burrito for some lunch.
On the weekend I met up with my family in London, where we spent some time relaxing and of course indulging in delicious foods.
On Sunday morning we went for breakfast at a Mexican restaurant, called Wahaca.
I’d never been to this restaurant before as I don’t visit London a lot, so I was pretty excited to try out something new. The whole place had a really chilled out vibe and it was extremely colourful inside.
